: (1) The Government of Nepal may make necessary rules for the implementation of this Act.
(2) The Government of Nepal may, in particular, make rules on the following matters without adversely affecting the generality of the rights given by sub-section (1):
(a) Standards of vaccination,
(b) Process of granting license, fee for license and renewal, period of license, cancellation and conditions to be followed by the licensee,
(c) Monitoring of Immunization Services,
(d) Report to be submitted to the health institution,
(e) Records of Immunization Services,
(f) Immunization card,
(g) Other functions, duties and powers of the Committee,
(h) Meeting of Advisory Committee and Research Committee,
(i) operation of accounts of the fund,
(j) Use of funds,
(k) in relation to the compensation to be paid to the vaccinator,
(l) In other necessary matters related to vaccination.
